Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0610-0000, in line 3, by inserting after “Silver-Haired Legislature” the following: “provided further, that the treasurer shall review the viability of implementing an affinity credit card program in the Commonwealth; provided further, that the results of said review shall be reported to the secretary of administration and finance and the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means no later than December 1, 2008”.
