Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 7007-0900, in line 9 after the words “within the Commonwealth;” by inserting the following:

“provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for a grant for From the Top, Inc.”; and in line 9 of said section by striking out the figure “$12,352,414” and inserting thereof  the figure “$12,552,414”.
