Ms. Peisch of Wellesley, Ms. Balser of Newton, Ms. Garry of Dracut, Ms. Callahan of Sutton, Mr. O’Day of West Boylston, Mr. Linsky of Natick, Mr. Rush of West Roxbury, Ms. Grant of Beverly, Ms. Atkins of Concord, and Mr. Keenan of Salem move to amend the bill in section 2 by striking out item 5055-0000 and inserting in place thereof the following item:

“5055-0000 For forensic services provided by the department provided, that not less than $1,186,000 shall be expended to sustain and expand services provided through juvenile court clinics. $8,810,956”.
