Representatives Walz of Boston, Allen of Boston, and Rush of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by inserting after the words "workforce development” the following: “provided that not less than $350,000 shall be expended to fund need-based workforce development related to continuing education grants administered by the Access Program of Boston” and in said item striking out the figures “$2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,350,000”.
