Ms. Garry of Dracut, Mr. Timilty of Milton, Ms. Callahan of Sutton, Mr. O’Day of Worcester, Mr. Casey of Winchester,  Mr. Walsh of Boston, Mr. Rush of Boston and Ms. Reinstein of Revere move to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 4510-0710 by adding at the end thereof the following:

provided further; that not less than $100,000 be expended to oversee the operation and administration of the Massachusetts Primary Stroke Service Designation Hospital programs established by 105CMR (130.1400), provided that all fund shall be used for the purpose of collecting and analyzing data from all Primary Stroke Service designated hospitals in the Commonwealth and for a full time surveyor for the purpose of ensuring compliance with Primary Stroke Center designation criteria.
And move to further amend the item by striking our “$8,776,973” and replacing it with “$8,876,973”.
