Representatives Rushing of Boston, Sanchez of Boston, and Walz of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7003-0702, in line 1, by inserting after “workforce development” the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion (IBA) for the Pathways to Technology Initiative;” and in said item by striking out the figures “2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “2,100,000”.
