Representatives Rushing of Boston, Smizik of Brookline, Malia of Boston, Forry of Boston, and Khan of Newton move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 9110-1660, in line 1, by inserting after “elderly” the following:  “provided further, that not less than $216,000 shall be allocated to the Helping Elders at Risk Through Homes (HEARTH) program;” and in said item by striking the following figures “2,639,031” and inserting in place thereof the figures “2,855,031”.
