REPRESENTATIVE MURPHY of WEYMOUTH and REPRESENTATIVE BRADLEY of HINGHAM moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 2820-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:—

provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for the creation and maintenance of a linked trail system for local and state parks along the Back River in the towns of Weymouth and Hingham.
