Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves that the bill be amended in item 7004-9005 by adding at the end thereof the following “provided further that not less than $500,000 be provided for the Clinton Housing Authority for the purpose of repairs and improvements to the Church Street Senior Housing Complex, located in the town of Clinton”
