MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS and MR. TURKINGTON of FALMOUTH AND MR. TURNER OF DENNIS move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 7007-0900, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Cape Cod Economic Development Council.”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$12,452,415”.
