MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS and MR. TURNER of DENNIS move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 4800-0038, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $130,000 shall be expended for the Children's Cove Cape and Islands Child Advocacy Center.”: and in said item by striking out the figures “313,558,462” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$313,688,462”.
