MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 4510-0110, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Duffy Health Center.”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,289,253” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,439,253”.
