MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 7007-0900, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Cape Cod Maritime Museum located in Hyannis.” ”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figures $12,452,414”.
