MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 7007-0900, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the Hyannis Athletic Association for a grant to make field improvements and upgrades at McKeon field in Hyannis.”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$12,352,414” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$12,402,414.”
