MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS and MR. TURNER of DENNIS move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 1410-0012, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

“provided further, that not less than $131,500 shall be obligated for a contract with NamVets of the Cape and Islands in the town of Hyannis.” ”: and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,956,083” and inserting in place thereof the figures $2,087,583”.
