MR. ATSALIS of HYANNIS and MR. TURNER of DENNIS move that the bill be amended in section 2, after line 7007-0500 and the amount of $700,000, by inserting at the end thereof the following:

7007-0515. For economic development grants to be administered by the department of business and technology; provided that not less than $300,000 be expended on the Cape Cod Regional Incubator Project to be operated by the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce”: and in said item adding the figure “$300,000”.
