Representative Reinstein of Revere moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0700, by adding the following: “and provided further, that $17,500,000 shall be expended for the fiscal year 2009 cost of the so-called agreement Rolland vs. Cellucci settlement.”and in said item by striking out the figures “1,535,380,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$1,552,880,000”.
