Representatives Torrisi of North Andover and Lantigua of Lawrence move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION .  Section 6J of chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out paragraph (i) of subsection (b)(1) and is hereby further amended in paragraph (ii) by striking out the word “may” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- shall.
