Representatives Wolf of Cambridge, Brownsberger of Belmont, Toomey of Cambridge, Sciortino of Somerville, Kaprielian of Watertown and Smith of Everett move to amend the bill in section 2, item 4000-0500, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that the executive office shall make expenditures pursuant to section 122 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006 in fiscal year 2009 in a manner consistent with the overall supplemental funding level agreed to for the public entity for fiscal year 2008;”

 

And move to further amend the bill in section 61, in line 31, by striking out the following: “fiscal year 2008” and inserting in place thereof the following: “fiscal year 2009”; and in said item, in line 73, in paragraph c, by adding the following: “Of the sums referenced for Cambridge public health commission in this paragraph, the secretary shall make payments in a manner that ensures that the commission receives its historic hospital safety net payment and its fiscal year 2009 funding pursuant to section 122 of chapter 58 of the acts of 2006 at levels consistent with those agreed to for fiscal year 2008“.
