Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8800-0001, in line 3, by inserting after “authorities” the following: “Provided further that a stipend increase of $7,500 shall be provided for the Massachusetts Wing of the Civil Air Patrol to assist in maintaining readiness to execute State Missions”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$1,501,826” and inserting in place thereof the figures “1,509,326”.
