move to amend the bill in Section 2 in item 6010-0015, by adding the following:

“, provided that not less than $40,000 shall be expended for roadway safety improvements and

traffic controls at the intersection of Acton Road (Route 27) and Maple Road in the town of

Chelmsford, and provided further that not less than $469,000 shall be expended for bridge

replacement on Meadowbrook Road in the town of Chelmsford.”
