Mr. Hall of Westford moves to amend the bill by adding at the end of section 7L, the following

new section,

Section           Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the

comptroller shall transfer $6,000,000 from the general fund to the Town of Westford for

 reimbursement for the acquisition of the 286 acre land and property known as the East Boston

Camps located off of Depot Street in the town of Westford.
