Mr. Hall of Westford moves to amend the bill by adding at the end of section 7L, the following

 new section,

Section     The Massachusetts School Building Authority is directed to transfer to the Town

of Littleton not less than $428,762 for expenses incurred by the Town of Littleton for the

 installation of a waste water treatment system at the Littleton Russell Street Middle School

(project W20034363).
