Representatives RODRIGUES of WESTPORT, QUINN of DARTMOUTH, AGUIAR of FALL RIVER and CANESSA of NEW BEDFORD, move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “Provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for a Community Development Clinic to be operated by the Southern New England School of Law.”
