Representative Harkins of Needham moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 7004-0099, in line 22, by inserting after “and reloan funds received in repayment of loans made under the neighborhood housing services rehabilitation program;” the following: “and; provided further, that not less than $350,000 be expended for construction plans and bid documents for a new park and recreation building utilizing green technologies in the town of Medfield”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,977,469” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,327,469”.
