Representatives Swan of Springfield, Puppolo of Springfield move that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 4403-2120, by striking out the figures “$66,680,001,” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$66,279,158,” and in line item 4406-3000, by striking the figures “36,281,684,” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$36,682,527,” and adding in line ten, following the figures “2009,” the following: “provided further, that contract (RPO) SCWELL4092500010000 with Open Pantry Community Services, Inc., be an amount not less than $545,195.”
