Mr. Swan of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line item 7007-0300, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $150,000.00 shall be expended for ReStore Home Improvement Center, so-called, of Springfield, to assist low and moderate income homeowners improve the quality of their lives by improving the quality of their homes, by recycling home improvement materials and providing employment opportunities.”
