Representatives Canavan of Brockton, Creedon of Brockton, McCarthy of East Bridgewater, Conroy of Wayland, and Atkins of Concord  move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1111, in line 16, by inserting after “Vermont;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the operation of NECPAD, a support organization which provides patient education and support for people diagnosed with PKU or related disorders and their families; and provided further, that none of these funds shall be expended for any personnel-related costs;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,390,628” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,415,628”.
