Representatives Canavan of Brockton, Creedon of Brockton, Callahan of Sutton, Kafka of Stoughton, Sannicandro of Ashland, McCarthy of East Bridgewater, Conroy of Wayland, and Atkins of Concord move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1111, in line 16, by inserting after “Vermont;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the operation of NECPAD, a support organization which provides patient education and support for people diagnosed with PKU or related disorders and their families; and provided further, that none of these funds shall be expended for any personnel-related costs;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$13,390,628” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,440,628”.
