Representatives Sannicandro of Ashland and Richardson of Framingham move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following:

 “; provided further, that not less than $145,000 shall be expended in grants for the Framingham Coalition for the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse”
