Representatives Sannicandro of Ashland and Richardson of Framingham move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 0330-0410, by adding the following:

 “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended by the Framingham Court Mediation Services to provide third party, neutral mediation for the peaceful resolution of conflicts”
