Representatives Richardson of Framingham and Sannicandro of Ashland move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by adding the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for after-school academic, social and health prevention services for the Woodrow Wilson School for the purpose of reducing achievement gaps.”
