Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves that the bill be amended in section 2 by inserting after item 0611-5510 the following item:

“For the purposes of a pilot grant program that will provide matching funds equal to funds raised by a municipality through the adoption of a payment in lieu of taxes plan that encompasses all tax exempt entities. $75,000”
