Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 3000-6050 by inserting after the words “joint committee on education” the following:

 “; provided further that $50,000 shall be expended to promote achievement in students who are identified as “at risk for academic success” in the Ashland Middle School.”
