Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION    .   Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the state lottery commission shall earmark all proceeds from new games to school funds and state aid for public schools pursuant to chapter 70 of the General Laws effective July 1, 2008.”
