Mr. Welch of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 61(c), in the last sentence, by inserting after the word “payment” the following:

“The Secretary of the executive office of health and human services shall make a payment of up to $7,000,000 from the Medical Assistance Trust Fund  to the  acute hospital system in Hampden County which operates Providence Behavioral Health Hospital in Holyoke”.
