Mr. Wagner of Chicopee moves that the bill be amended in section 2, line-item 7007-0900 be adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be for The Galaxy Community Council for the purposes of promoting and hosting the Westover Air Show in the city of Chicopee.”
