Mr. Wagner of Chicopee, Mr. Kane of Holyoke, Mr. Welch of West Springfield, and Mr. Smola of Palmer move that the bill be amended in section 2, line-item 4512-0200 by inserting at the end of the following: “provided further, that not more than $150,000 shall be expended for the Hampden County Sheriff to operate an innovative residential program for recently released female offenders in the Springfield area.”
