Mr. Wagner of Chicopee, Mr. Kane of Holyoke, Mr. Welch of West Springfield, and Mr. Scibak of South Hadley move that the bill be amended in section 2, line-item 7007-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $250,000 be expended for the western Massachusetts Economic Development Council for developing, marketing and advertising purposes.”
