Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, by adding the following, “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Business Improvement District (SBID) to be used for the continued use of video camera surveillance monitoring systems throughout the central business district area of the City of Springfield”.
