Representative Golden, Murphy and Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 0332-0100 by adding the following – “provided further that the District Courts of Winchendon, Brookline, Newton and Natick shall be abolished with their duties and responsibilities transferred to the nearest district court.” And by striking out the figure “$43,171,029” and inserting in its place the figure “$41,671,029”.
