Representatives Golden, Murphy and Nangle of Lowell move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7007-0900 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000.00 shall be expended for the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce Business Community Seminar Series.”
