Representatives Ashe of Longmeadow, and Kane of Holyoke move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7007-0951, in line 11, by inserting after the word “December 1996” the following:

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Forest Park Zoo in the City of Springfield”
