Representative Welch of West Springfield moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Lower Pioneer Valley Education Collaborative for the purposes of expanding the existing programs and services to better serve students with disabilities.”
