Ms. Gregoire of Marlborough moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting after “clothing benefit in fiscal year 2010” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $2,300,000 be expended on the state-wide Young Parent Support Program”.
