Mr. Greene of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 2100-0014, in line 2, by striking out the figure “$75,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$25.00”; and in said item insert, following the word “companies”, the sentence:  “siting board members must attend 75% of all hearings in order to be eligible to vote on any specific project.”
