Mr. Basile of East Boston moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 4000-0112, in line 5, inserting after the words “from the organization;” the following words “provided further, that an amount not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Don Bosco Outreach Program in East Boston; provided further, that an amount not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the YMCA in East Boston;”
