Mr. Basile of East Boston moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 2820-0101, in line 4, inserting after the words “urban park rangers at the state house;” the following words “provided further, that collected from private events at the State House; and/or private events in the commonwealth; which cover the costs of payroll for security by the department’s urban park rangers; are indentified as restricted revenue to account 2820-0101; with a floor amount of zero dollars and a ceiling amount of $200,000. Collected fees over $200,000.00 are reverted back to the General Fund 0010 as unrestricted revenue.”
