Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0900, in line 2, by inserting after “services” the following:-“provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to restore historic stained glass windows at the Bancroft Memorial Library in Hopedale.”
