Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 7007-0300, in line 4, by inserting after “industries” the following:- “provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for MassExcellence for the purposes of promoting a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, and establishing a Governor’s award for efficiency in state government and industry.”
